Aims & Objectives of the "N.S.M. Educational Society" :

To create awareness among all sections of the society so as to enable them to play their role as enlightened citizens of the State of J&K and the country as a whole.

To undertake activities for educational, moral, cultural and social awakening of all sections of the society with a view to strengthen international brotherhood.

To promote, revitalize and operate educational system on modern, scientific and technical lines.

To promote the cause of education, learning, research and training of all weaker sections of the society.

To set-up and manage schools, colleges, including professional colleges, Polytechnics, research centers, training institutions and specialized departments and centers, for publication, guidance and counseling, documentation, health nutrition, medical education, continuing vocational and distance education, adult and non-formal education, computer education, fine arts and propagation of culture, physical education, rural development, social welfare, social sciences and community education at different places within the State of Jammu and Kashmir for all sections of the society making use of both formal and non formal techniques according to the best emerging trends.

To affiliate itself or to get affiliated to societies/organizations seeking the objectives similar to those of the society so that the programmes and activities leading to the achievement of those objectives may be coordinated more effectively.

To provide financial and other aid to institutions/organizations engaged in the promotion of education, combined with modern scientific/technical education.
